First, we qualify properties and tenants through a non-intrusive remote survey to collect all necessary information.

Retrofit Assessment

One of our fully accredited Retrofit Assessors visits the property to conduct an assessment and determine which ECO4 measures the property qualifies for.

Retrofit Coordination

A Retrofit Coordinator from our in-house team creates a detailed plan for the installation.

Installation

Our in-house installation teams prepare the property, protect valuables, and complete the job efficiently.

Aftercare

We ensure you’re fully satisfied with the process and installation. Each measure comes with a 2–25 year Insurance Backed Guarantee.
